Morning and evening women's fitness classes begin October 3rd and will continue through April of next year. All classes involve strength training, spinning and or cross training exercises, along with group core training and yoga movements to finish the class. Most classes will be 1 hour to 1.5 hours in length. Morning classes will begin at 8:15am and evening classes will begin at 5:15 pm. Participation is limited to 12 women per class so advance sign up and payment is required. $75 for 1 month includes 3 classes per week and also covers your full gym membership fee.
Personal fitness training is also available. PT is conducted in a private workout room with a certified instructor. All workouts are scheduled by appointment, 3 per week, and this includes a full gym membership as well, along with diet instruction and cardio workouts. Personal training is $250 for the first month, $200 2nd month and $150 third month. There is an option for continuted private training at $100 per month if you choose or simple revert to a general gym membership and train on your own.
