Bicycle Sales - Cannondale and Trek are our store brands.  Road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, cruisers, Bmx, kids bikes and more.  We stock mostly entry level bikes, with usually about 50 bikes on the floor to choose from.  Any bike you may want is available in 2-3 days based on availability from the manufacturer.  We also carry a good inventory or cycling shoes, shorts, tops and bicycle accessories, anything you may need can be found in our cycling shop.

Tune ups and most repairs are available for any brand of bicycle.  A basic tune up is $35 when no parts are required.  We will also assemble and tune up any bike brand you may have purchased used or on the internet.

Running Shoes and clothing by Pearl Izumi... one of the best shoes on the market!  We carry a basic lineup and of course can order anything from the Pearl Izumi website you may need or want.

Pro Fitness offers group running events, races, training and multisport events involving running, cycling, kayaking and of course weight lifting, powerlifting and agility type athletic events.
